SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We are sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All of the items are handmade with care by the artist, and unfortunately since all items are unique pieces, all unloved pieces are only returnable for exchange and or store credit. Items must be safely shipped back to us by the customer to process exchange or store credit. We strongly encourage you to pack the items well. Carbon and Sulfur is a small online boutique business and unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels and shipping costs are non refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Kindly send us the tracking number so we can confirm and track the item. We will ship the replacement pieces as soon as we received the items back.
BREAKAGES
We are saddened whenever there's breakages during the shipment and we do our very best to pack the items well and make sure you receive it in one piece so you can enjoy it. Nothing makes us more happy than to know that our customers are able to use their items. Even though our items are dishwasher safe it is not shatter proof and sometimes the reality is, things that are made with love do break.
We use a third party shipping carrier and cannot be responsible for any damages that occurs during shipping. Any breakages must reported to us within 3 days upon receiving the delivery to process replacements or store credit. Please keep the packaging materials together with the broken pieces (carefully) and send us a photo at carbonandsulfur@gmail.com with your order ID number as the subject to file a claim.
